1. POLICY
The Management of 2FREEDOM, in the performance of its duties, considers innovation actions within the company to be of vital importance as basic principles of its management and as a fundamental objective to remain competitive in the market. To this end, it relies on the human and material resources that guarantee technological innovation and the development of products and work processes in order to meet the needs of interested parties.
Therefore, all employees and collaborators of 2FREEDOM must adhere to and comply with the following requirements:
- Comply with international, national, regional, or local regulations and, whenever possible, go beyond the requirements subscribed to by the organization.
- Commitment to meet all applicable requirements, whether internal, legal, or those agreed with our collaborators and clients.
- Raise awareness and sensitize all members of the workforce and collaborators regarding the need to achieve:
- A high level of Quality, through familiarization with the documentation related to the Innovation Management System.
- Continuous Improvement of the Innovation Management System.
- Increase and consolidate research, technological development, and innovation within the company.
- Seek continuous improvement in the efficiency of our production and management processes in order to remain competitive in the market.
- Maintain and increase the effort devoted to Innovation as the central axis of the company’s activities.
- Analyze and assess innovation projects and opportunities and carry out proper project management within a Continuous Improvement environment.
- Involve our personnel in the achievement of this Continuous Improvement.
- Promote a policy for the protection and exploitation of the results obtained as a consequence of its R&D&I management processes.
The Innovation Policy of 2FREEDOM is a statement of its intentions and principles, providing a global framework for the establishment of objectives and goals. The Management of 2FREEDOM also commits to organizing, developing, and monitoring the programs and/or actions necessary within the company for the proper functioning of the system in accordance with ISO 56001:2024, which must be assumed by all employees and collaborators in order to achieve the established objectives. This policy is known and available to employees as well as to interested parties. This Policy will be reviewed annually, communicated to all employees, and made available to the public.
2. VISION AND STRATEGY
The Management of 2FREEDOM, together with all employees, develops the company’s strategy, which is defined taking into account our vision as a horizon and our mission as our reason for being:
- VISION is to be a benchmark in our sector, using research, development, and innovation as tools for the continuous improvement of our products and processes, and to expand our services internationally in order to position ourselves as one of the leading companies in transferring real life into the digital 3D world.
- MISSION is to provide an excellent, different, and unique service tailored to our clients, enabling professionals to create their own 3D models. 2Freedom places in the hands of any professional the ability to process 3D images themselves, with the highest quality and without limitations.
- STRATEGY. All the experience and knowledge mentioned in our Innovation vision allow us to define the main lines of research, which will evolve as different milestones are achieved or as the market evolves. The research lines currently defined focus on the following activities:
- Development of techniques and products related to innovation.
- Data capture and processing: improvement of 3D reconstruction algorithms, real-time processing, understanding, and transmission of 3D models.
- Artificial intelligence applied to Videogrammetry.
