Quality and Environmental Policy
2FREEDOM seeks the continuous improvement of its processes and customer services. To this end, it establishes a Quality and Environmental Management System based on ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 standards, with a scope covering development and research for the production of hardware and software for measurement systems based on videogrammetry, photogrammetry, and laser scanning. This system aims to achieve compliance with objectives and goals, as well as greater control over processes, enabling us to achieve customer satisfaction and the continuous improvement of the system. Our policy is based on the following points:
- Address any type of need or requirement of our clients by making our organization and human and technical resources available to achieve their satisfaction.
- Commitment to comply with all applicable requirements, whether legal, contractual, or otherwise, arising from our activity, ensuring that our actions never contravene the legal requirements and specifications established by public administrations, as well as other requirements subscribed to by our organization.
- Achieve and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Guide company personnel toward a commitment to quality aimed at preventing non-compliance and errors.
- Commitment to promote understanding and dissemination of our Quality and Environmental Policy within the organization through continuous training and communication with our employees and interested parties.
- Commitment to effectively control all our activities, placing special emphasis on the quality of our products and services and on relationships with our clients.
- Provide a reference framework for the establishment of management and environmental objectives.
- Environmental protection, control, and reduction of the environmental impacts caused by our activities, including pollution prevention, as well as the continuous improvement of our environmental performance.
Management ensures that this Quality and Environmental Policy is appropriate to the purpose of the organization and is communicated, reviewed, understood, and applied by all personnel in order to continuously improve the effectiveness of the Integrated Management System.
All our suppliers are informed that they will be subject to a continuous evaluation system based on the accounting of incidents occurring in each supply.
